系统时间校准工具 1.0 Description:
我自己家里的电脑是比较旧的了，主板坏了，每次开机时间都自动回到2000年1月1 日，每次都要手动把时间调到当前时间，很麻烦。后来就自己写了个校对工具，有三个功能。
1、读取本机当前时间，可手工在输入框中更改
2、读取网络标准时间（北京时间）
3、将前两个时间设置为电脑的时间
