IP被LSIT后到底如何申诉呀?

这个问题真的很难办呀?我的IP被一个网站LIST了,也不知怎么申诉,但是一直没有好,发送一个域名的邮箱都被退回了,那位大哥,帮帮忙,想想办法解决了,谢了!
