发往美国的邮件被退回

公司的邮件系统是自己搭建的exchange2003，发往美国的邮件被退回，我pingtrivad.com域ping不通，我用163和qq邮箱都可以正常给 xxxx@trivad.com 邮件发送，根据这个情况是不是他们把我公司的ip加入黑名单了，有哪位大侠知道吗？知道原因的好心人帮帮忙吧，万分感谢，我不在可以加我qq285219504，xxxxx是我为了隐私修改过的，退回邮件如下：
