收到退信，怎么解决，附退信内容

各位大虾，大家好！最近发送邮件时，出现以下错误提示，我按照提示在“http://www.spamhaus.org”删除我们IP的PBL记录,可是无法删除，需要填写一个CODE，不知道是怎么回事？不知我解决的方法对不对，烦请大家帮忙看看！这种问题该怎么解决，谢谢大家！

附退信错误提示信息如下：

The attached message had PERMANENT fatal delivery errors!
After one or more unsuccessful delivery attempts the attached message has
been removed from the mail queue on this server.  The number and frequency
