最近我们常有客户反应发邮件发送不进我们的邮件系统。我联系他们把退回邮件发送到我的hotmail邮箱,下面是退回邮件信息:

从这个信息显示是他们查询不到我们的MX记录。但是我就不明白了,我们的邮件服务器IP是固定IP,域名供应商有给我们做A.MX记录,网络供应商有给我们做A.MX和反向域名解析,我用nslookup,和其他查询MX记录的网站,都能查到我们的MX记录。但是为什么客户发送邮件的时候检查不到我们的MX记录呢。
那位高手兄弟帮忙解决一下。 |
