Improves performance of Web Messaging
Fixes a buffer overrun in Web Messaging when reading HTML messages with tag text longer than 1024 bytes
Modifies the IMail Administrator to speed up expansion of domain list when running on Windows 2003
Corrects a SEARCH problem in IMAP4D32 that failed to retrieve some TEXT and BODY criteria
Adds the ability to VRFY with RCPT TO for systems that don't support VRFY and support for messages using a Delivery Status Notification (DSN)
Includes prior 8.0x updates
