配置一下SPF吧，如果你确定没有发邮件给那个人可能就是退信攻击了，也就是说别人伪造你的邮箱发信了。

在域名控制面板中添加TXT记录：

domain.com到v=spf1 a mx -all （假如你的域名是domain.com）
