mdaemon10 外发信出现554错误

从邮件服务器13.45.1.8（在防火墙后面，防火墙上开启了pop3,smtp,dns等服务）发送mail到google.com,163.com都可以成功，但发送到98.71.73.23却出现554的错误，是我这里有错误，还是对方有错误，请大家帮忙看看，谢谢！
