关于黑名单询问

我点击http://www.apews.org/?page=test&C=140&E=232146&ip=xx.xxx.xxx.xxx这个链接，打开后却显示：

“We found no entry matching your search. ”

这是怎么回事？那我IP真实的情况是有没有被加入呢？

我刚刚又查，发现:
