能收不能发

这几天遇到一个问题，就是我们发给一些客户的邮件总是在队列中，对方收不到，但是他们发给我们的邮件我们可以收到。以前都是正常的，自从前两天我们的路由器的IP地址被www.spamhaus.org列为黑名单后就出现这个问题了。现在我们已经把我们的IP地址从黑名单中移除了还是有这个问题。通过邮件跟踪的截图如下：

今天又发现一个问题，就是发给Hotmail的邮件不能发，有如下退信：

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:    Test message
      Sent:    2009-3-5 12:31

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      yongjian0803@hotmail.com on 2009-3-5 12:31
            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
            <XXX.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 OU-002 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. 我刚才到下面这个网站去查了一下：http://www.blacklistmonitoring.c ... _address_lookup.php。结果吓我一跳，我们被3个地方列为黑名单了，分别是nomorefunn, jammdnsbl, fivetenfree.我现在怎么做才能从上面的3个地方申请移除啊？各位一定要多帮忙啊！谢谢！

以前钉子发过从哪几个主要的网站移除掉你的IP吧

谢谢兄弟，我使用过那些工具查询了，但是有一个我没有办法移除。就是www.five-ten-sg.com/blackhole.php。另外还有我们发到Sina的邮件也有退信，退信内容如下：
            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
            <XXX.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 Rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. Please refer http://mail.sina.com.cn/help2/rwmail.html&gt;
这个应该是说我们公司的IP地址信誉太低造成的，是因为前段时间我们公司的IP地址被列为黑名单了，现在已经申请移除了但是还是有问题。遇到这种问题应该怎么做呢？
