我发的邮件是苏州到美国的,有的邮件能收到,有的不能,,

什么时候开始的？
如果是最近出现的问题，那估计是海底光纤的原因，现在连美国、台湾等地普遍连接困难（不知道这能不能设代理，如果可以的话，用个代理就ok了）
