能不能只让他退一封就够了？

设置当收到无法投递的邮件时不进行任何处理，默认设置是往postmaster里发，把它删掉。还有几个规则也要删掉，如接到病毒邮件等。

能否告诉我具体在哪里设置吗？

退信总是有问题的，如果你把问题解决了就少了。
