发送给下列邮件地址失败，发给其他人都正常，怎么回事

各位大虾帮忙分析一下，发给其他人包括hotmail都没问题，但发给下面这个地址就是被退回，是我这边问题还是对方问题啊？先谢谢了！
退信内容如下：
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at localhost.localdomain.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

从表面来看，很有可能是对方有反垃圾的网关或是策略。最好和对方的管理员联系一下。

对方服务器拒绝了链接，导致本地不能发送，直至发送队列中超时退信
