邮件不能发送到live.com和hotmail.com

发邮件到live.com和hotmail.com会被退信。信息如下：

      xxx@hotmail.com，时间为 2007-7-25 10:20
            收件人电子邮件服务器出现 SMTP 通信问题。请与系统管理员联系。
